Usually our feet are the most neglected part of our body. Honestly the feet needs the most attention considering we use them probably the most. Sometimes crusty feet can be easily prevented by giving them a good washing and I mean real good (like in between the toes, heels and bottom of the feet good washing). Adding a great foot or body scrub to your self-care regimen wouldn’t be such a bad idea. A good scrub that I highly recommend and does a fantastic job making any calloused foot smooth is Dr. Teals Epsom Salt Body Scrub. Additionally, giving your toenails a splash of color helps make your feet shine. I would highly suggest purchasing a foot mask to wear during the night. One that I would recommend is Holler and Glow Purrrfect Pedi. You can put these on for an hour or all night and your feet will thank you in the morning. Mama, take the time out of your day and give your feet the ultimate treat with some tlc!
