Mamas, there will be times when there is no one in your corner to cheer you on when you really need it, or your loved ones simply may not be available to give you the extra boost of encouragement. Let me tell you something, you don’t need validation from others to know your worth and to know you are doing an amazing job. It’s always great to have it from the people that care about you the most, but it’s not always needed. Sometimes you just have to look in the mirror and say you got this and everything will be alright. You can learn to be your own friend simply by encouraging yourself. You will experience more joy and happiness by self-encouragement. By practicing self-encouragement, you will feel more confident. This practice will help eliminate fear and anxiety. From experience, I have known people to refuse giving me any type of encouragement because they don’t want to see me succeed or they are not happy with themselves, have low self-esteem and subconsciously projects their insecurities on anyone that might be vulnerable or in their way. People maybe against you but you can always be your strongest ally by giving yourself some encouragement. You will be able to conquer any situation if you practice self-encouragement. Right now, look yourself in the mirror, love and encourage yourself wholeheartedly!

What you said is so true , we believe what we say about ourselves. Go girl
