Support Your Body With Nourishing Supplements

If you are on a journey of becoming healthy and being more aware of your body, I highly recommend including supplements and vitamins in your daily regimen. Supplements are actually super helpers that not only assist internally but externally as well. I have found that taking supplements on a daily basis have been a game changer. I have noticed that I have more energy, mentally aware and focused. That’s essential for me especially considering I have two kids with a huge age gap. Here is my supplemental/vitamins list that I take on a daily basis that help make me the boss mama that I am today.

Multivitamin/Prenatal vitamin. Taking a multivitamin is vital for overall health. It replenishes the nutritional spaces that need to be filled. Consuming a multivitamin, specifically in the morning , can serve you greatly throughout the day. Because I am breastfeeding, I am taking a prenatal. I strongly recommend the brand Olly the essential prenatal gummy. This is great if you are not too keen on swallowing pills, and of course has the necessary nutrients for you and baby.

Pre/Probiotics. This type of supplement, especially for women, has so many benefits that it’s important to take. Some benefits include: promoting overall vaginal health, preventing urinary tract infections, improving stomach health and restores the good bacteria in the body. One of my favorite pre/probiotics is Rae. I absolutely love this brand. Even though you swallow these power-packed capsules it gives a hint of peppermint going down which is a plus.

Magnesium. If you are currently on a weight loss journey, this supplement is your best friend. Magnesium helps relieve depression, lower blood pressure, boost exercise performance as well as assisting with proper nerve and muscle function. I recently discovered it helps with water retention within your muscles. I usually just purchase the Target brand, Up & Up 250 mg.

Vitamin C with rose hips. As we all may know vitamin C definitely assists with immune health, which is very necessary in this day and age. Rose hip in itself helps relieve symptoms of osteoarthritis. With Vitamin C and rose hips combined, it helps prevent colds, the flu and other seasonal illnesses. Vitamin C also has strong involvement in metabolism. I purchase the Up &Up brand 1000 mg from Target to satiate my health needs.

These are the main supplements that I use to maintain energy and be more healthy from the inside out. This is apart of investing in yourself, by starting with your health. You don’t necessarily have to take what I take on a daily basis but I do encourage you to get to know yourself and what works for your body. You will definitely reap some positive and healthy benefits.
